The Mojave Cotto Brick combines a warm terracotta colour with a gloss glaze and cushioned edges, creating a handmade, zellige-inspired look for pools with a Mediterranean or desert feel. Made in Italy from porcelain, each 60x250mm brick shows high variance, so the surface has plenty of natural movement from tile to tile.
Under water, terracotta moves the pool away from classic blue toward a warmer, earthier tone. It works well as a waterline band, where the gloss catches light at the surface, or to line a spa or water feature as a contrast against a paler pool interior. The rectangular format lays neatly in stacked or offset brick patterns and suits straight edges and squared-off pools better than tight curves.
This tile is suitable for use in pools and on walls, is 9.5mm thick and comes at 0.48 m² per box. Order a sample to see how the colour reads in your water before you commit.
